Zambrano Signature Service provides notary services, vehicle title transfers, wedding officiant services, tax preparation, and other related documentation services.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as necessary for the performance of our services. You are responsible for ensuring all documents provided are authentic and legally obtained.
Fees for our services will be communicated to you prior to the provision of services. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time.
Zambrano Signature Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
